!NPRINT – New Writing, Vol. 1 is the result of creative writing and publishing workshops run by Story Juice and Kiss & Bite Letterpress.
A new collection of poetry, flash fiction, experimental writing and songs…
!NPRINT – New Writing, Vol. 1 emerged from creative writing workshops led by Hannah Wood of Story Juice, and publishing workshops led by Alan Qualtrough of Kiss & Bite Letterpress in Ocean Studios. Together they formed Ocean City Publishing. Five weeks of creative writing workshops to produce content for !NPRINT, the first Ocean City Publishing pamphlet, were followed by four weeks of editing and publishing workshops to curate, design and print the edition with a unique letterpress cover, and a final Open Mic Night to share the work at Leadworks.Twelve writers were able to participate for free thanks to funding from a Plymouth Octopus (POP) grant.
